END-OF-LEASE CLEANING
Our end-of-lease cleaning services are the best options for those who want to move out of existing houses or the ones who want to sell houses. If tenants want to receive the bond back, we can do our best to help you.
Bond back is a difficult thing, so we provide our end-of-lease cleaning services to a high standard. Our team members have so many years’ experience on cleaning requirements that agents expect. Our quotation is based on a standard condition. Actual prices may vary depending on the condition of the property.
Please note that regular cleaning and spring cleaning don't include GST.
For end-of-lease cleaning contact us for a quote:
1. 400 for a one-bedroom one-bathroom property (ground floor or property with elevator);
2. The quote will include GST;
3. The house needs to be empty before our cleaners arrived. We do not move heavy furniture;
